Refund & Returns

Our Delivery Options:
We offer free delivery with An Post for all purchases within ROI for orders over €90. A delivery charge of €4.50 will be applied at the checkout for orders under €90.
For our customers shopping from Northern Ireland, a delivery fee of €6.95 will be applied at the checkout.
For EU customers a delivery charge of €15 will be applied at checkout.

What Happens After I Place an Order?
First, we send you an order confirmation email so you can confirm that all your details are correct. Then we grab your new shoes from our warehouse. As soon as the shoes are dispatched we send a second email with your delivery information and tracking number so you can easily see when they will be delivered.



• Items must be returned within 30 days from delivery
• Goods must not be worn, altered, or washed
• Footwear must include the original shoebox in its original condition without postal labels .
• WE CANNOT ACCEPT WORN OR DAMAGED RETURNS. Please wear your shoes around your house for a few minutes to be sure you are happy with the fit.

How easiest to return an item?
Step 1: Complete the return form by marking the appropriate box with the reason for your return if you wish to inform us of the reason

Step 2: Place the return form inside the box with the item or use the form at the end of the Terms and Conditions for Sale and Delivery (T&C´s)

Step 3: Send this form with the items you wish to return.

Step 4: Stick the return label on your box (Please do not stick the return label on the original shoebox.)

Returns may take time
It can take approximately 10 business days for us to receive your return to our warehouse. We strongly encourage you to use our return label included in the parcel and when you return an item, it is important to write down the tracking number of your return label. The tracking number serves as your receipt.
It is important that you have it in case the return gets lost on the way back to us.

Your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 2 business days, as soon as we have received your goods in the warehouse. You will be notified via email when this transaction of refund has taken place.
Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
