Cushions the impact as your heel lands and redistributes your weight across the foot, so less load is concentrated in one painful spot.
Spring System
Helps the foot roll smoothly from heel to toe, the movement we watch most closely on the treadmill, so each step feels easier and more natural.
Propulsion & stability
A light, enveloping fit holds the foot steady as you push off, which YDA says supports your posture and keeps you moving comfortably for longer.

What does YDA stand for?
Your Daily Activity. YDA is the technical sneaker line from Italian footwear company Optima Molliter, designed to bring comfort, stability and safety to everyday walking.
Can I put my orthotics in YDA shoes?
Yes, in our orthotic-friendly styles. Use the "Orthotic-friendly" filter above, or bring your orthotics in store and we'll check the fit with you.
Are YDA shoes waterproof?
We stock water-resistant YDA styles that are designed for wet days and damp ground. Look for the "Water resistant" filter above.
Will YDA help my foot pain?
YDA is designed to cushion impact, spread your weight and support a smooth step, which many people find more comfortable. Every foot is different, though, so we'd recommend a gait assessment or a chat with our foot health team first.
How do they fit?
