The YDA Vault W15 is a specialist comfort sneaker combining soft materials, advanced cushioning and biomechanical sole technology to create a more comfortable and controlled walking experience.

The upper blends technical textile and soft leather, while the interior is lined with a smooth, protective material. Its largely seam-free construction helps reduce pressure and friction against sensitive areas of the foot, making the Vault W15 particularly comfortable for prolonged everyday wear.

Underfoot, YDA’s SPRING SYSTEM® and semi-rigid ROCKER® biomechanical sole work together to encourage smoother progression from heel strike through to toe-off. An advanced rolling point assists forward movement, while the BioGelly shock-absorbing midsole helps reduce impact and distribute pressure more evenly across the plantar surface.

A padded stabilising heel counter provides additional rearfoot control, while the semi-elastic Easy-Lace system makes the shoe simple to adjust and secure.

The removable EVA footbed also provides additional flexibility and allows space for custom orthotics where required.

Therapeutic Applications

When recommended by an appropriate healthcare professional, YDA footwear may be used as part of the management or rehabilitation of a number of foot and lower-limb conditions.

These may include forefoot pain, metatarsalgia, Morton’s neuroma, osteoarthritis, polyarthritis and certain biomechanical movement difficulties. It may also be suitable during rehabilitation following procedures such as hallux valgus or hammer-toe surgery.

In specific cases involving non-at-risk diabetic feet, YDA footwear may be used together with a custom-made insole supplied by a suitably qualified healthcare professional.

Suitability will depend on the individual condition and clinical requirements.

Care Instructions

To maintain the condition of the Vault W15, avoid washing the shoe by immersion, under running water or in a washing machine.

Clean technical textile areas gently with a slightly damp cloth and mild soap, then allow to air dry. Leather sections should be treated with an appropriate leather-care cream suitable for the material.

Do not use bleach, alcohol, solvents, abrasive cleaners or harsh brushes. If the shoe becomes wet, allow it to dry naturally away from direct heat sources.
