From Start to Finish.

— CORE run
Engineered for road and trail runners who demand cushioning, arch alignment, and energy return — every kilometre.

Performance you can feel
A soft, cartilage-like cushioning pad in the forefoot absorbs over 90% of impact energy on every stride — dramatically reducing the shock that travels up through your knees and hips on longer runs.
Two layers of performance foam work together — a firm base for stability underfoot, and a softer top layer that cradles your heel and forefoot where runners need it most (the M2/M3 pressure zones).
A semi-rigid polymer core runs the length of the insole, keeping your foot aligned stride after stride. It flexes with you — correcting over-pronation without ever feeling stiff or restrictive.
An ultra-thin 0.5mm sports mesh surface keeps air moving around your foot. Anti-fungal and anti-bacterial treated, so your shoes stay fresher for longer — no matter how hard you push.
A bonded base layer grips the inside of your shoe so the insole stays exactly where it should — no bunching, no shifting mid-run. Works with road trainers, trail shoes, and race flats.
The insole is engineered to keep your foot in its optimal running position from heel strike to toe-off — reducing the muscle fatigue and joint stress that builds up when your gait drifts on longer runs.
Three zones.
One seamless run.
-
①Forefoot — Impact Absorption
A cartilage-like cushioning pad at the ball of your foot soaks up over 90% of ground impact energy — the exact zone that takes the hardest beating during distance running.
-
②Arch — Dynamic Alignment
A semi-rigid polymer shell keeps your foot tracking straight on every stride. Flex-resistant enough to correct pronation, yet responsive enough to feel completely natural underfoot.
-
③Heel — Deep Cushion Cradle
A thick cushion foam heel pad combined with a moisture-wicking top layer cradles your calcaneus, reducing heel strike shock and keeping fatigue at bay on runs of any distance.

Designed around a 3D scan of your feet. Maximum correction, maximum performance. No two pairs alike.
Before you run
What shoes do CORE run insoles work with?
CORE run insoles are designed for all standard running shoes — road trainers, trail runners, and most race flats. They sit on top of your shoe's existing sock liner (remove the liner first for best fit). The trim-to-fit guide makes adjustments easy.
How do I choose the right size?
Choose the size range that includes your EU shoe size. If you're between sizes, size up and trim to the printed guide lines on the underside. Our size guide has a printable foot template too.
How long will they last?
Most runners replace their insoles every 500–800km, or when the cushioning starts to feel compressed. The top layer is replaceable — contact us for replacement covers.
What's the difference between CORE run and CUSTOM run?
CORE run is an expertly designed, pre-made insole that works brilliantly for the majority of runners. CUSTOM run is individually manufactured from a 3D scan of your feet, offering precise orthotic correction — ideal if you have significant pronation, supination, or a history of injury.
What if they don't work for me?
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your CORE run insoles within 30 days of purchase, contact us and we'll arrange a full refund — no hassle. We want you running comfortably, full stop.
