The Varomed Lille is a specialist women’s comfort shoe designed for feet that need significantly more space, softness and adjustability than a conventional shoe can provide. With its generous K-width fitting, soft leather and stretch construction, the Lille is particularly well suited to wide, sensitive or swollen feet and to customers who experience pressure around bunions, toes or other prominent areas.

The combination of soft leather and flexible stretch material allows the upper to adapt gently around the shape of the foot, helping to relieve pressure where it is needed most. This makes the Lille especially useful where foot volume changes throughout the day due to swelling or oedema.

Two wide Velcro fastening straps with eyelets provide excellent adjustability and make the shoe easier to open, fit and secure. The large opening is particularly beneficial for customers with reduced mobility or dexterity and allows the fit to be altered easily as the foot swells or reduces in volume.

Inside, the soft Dialino lining provides a comfortable environment for delicate and pressure-sensitive feet. The removable footbed can be taken out to provide additional depth or to accommodate custom orthotics and specialist insoles.

A broad PU/TPU outsole creates a stable walking platform, while the shaped heel counter helps guide and stabilise the rearfoot. The outsole can also be modified by an orthopaedic footwear specialist where required.

Made in the EU, the Varomed Lille combines specialist foot care features with practical everyday comfort.
