Look after shoes and socks

Change damp socks and shoes, wear well-fitting, ventilated footwear and let shoes dry overnight.

Before you use it: Kamea 20 contains lanolin, so don't use it if you're allergic to lanolin or wool. Avoid broken or bleeding skin, as it may sting. If you have diabetes or poor circulation, speak to our practitioners before treating hard skin yourself. For external use only.
