📝 Measuring Your Feet

To ensure the best fit:

  1. Place a piece of paper on a flat surface against a wall.
  2. Stand on the paper with your heel against the wall.
  3. Mark the longest part of your foot on the paper.
  4. Measure the distance from the wall to the mark.
  5. Repeat for the other foot and use the larger measurement.
  6. Add 0.5 cm to your measurement to account for foot expansion during activity.
  7. Refer to the size chart above to find your corresponding size

💡 Fit Tips

  • Toe Room: Aim for about a thumb's width of space between your longest toe and the end of the shoe. 
  • Sock Thickness: Consider the thickness of socks you plan to wear; thicker socks may require a slightly larger size.
  • Time of Day: Feet can swell throughout the day, so measure your feet in the evening for the most accurate sizing.
  • Break-In Period: Allow time for your feet to adjust to Altra's unique design, especially if transitioning from traditional running shoes.
