At Step Right, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to put it right.
Online Orders (30-Day Returns)
We offer a 30-day return period on all items purchased online.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
In-Store Purchases (7-Day Policy)
Items purchased in-store may be returned within 7 days of purchase for full refund
Returns over 7 days are eligible for exchange or store credit only up to 30 days post purchase
Items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Orthotics & Custom Products
Due to the personalised nature of these products, the following applies:
- Custom-made orthotics are non-refundable once they have been manufactured
- We will always ensure proper fitting and offer adjustments where needed
- If there is an issue with your orthotics, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve it
Footwear & Hygiene
For hygiene reasons:
- Footwear must be tried on indoors only
- Items showing signs of outdoor wear cannot be accepted for return
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Your statutory rights are fully protected.
If an item is:
- Faulty
- Not as described
- Incorrect
We will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund, and cover any associated return costs.

- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method
- Please allow a few working days for refunds to be processed once received
